- Ground Beef
- Sea Salt
- Cinammon
- Powdered Basil
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Large Bushel Broccolini
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions

Preheat air-fryer to 370.

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Place ground beef into a bowl.

Add cinnamon, sea salt, and basil. I definitely am generous with my shakes.

In another mix a little extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper with the Broccolini.

Ball the burgers up into patties.

Pop the burgers into the airy fryer & cook for about 15-20 minutes until done.

Pop the broccolini into the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes.

Plate and add chopped avocado.
