Total Time 45 minutes
Servings 2 People

Ingredients

  • 2 Big Carrots
  • 4 Small Apples
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Honey
  • Sea Salt
  • Cracked Pepper

Instructions

  1. First, wash and peel carrots. Cut each long carrot into 4 strips.
  2. Wash apples. Then Cut into 4 large pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix extra-virgin olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Place chopped carrots and apples in the bowl and let them marinate for 15-20 minutes. Pre-heat Air Fryer for 350 degrees. If you are using an oven you can also pre-heat it to 350 F but cook time may vary.
  4. Place carrots in the air-fryer or oven first for 10-12 minutes. Be sure to check around the 10 minute mark as air fryers and ovens vary. Than place in the apples for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Check around the 20 minute mark to see if the apples and carrots are at the texture you like. *The 20 minute mark is 20 minutes from the time the carrots were placed in the air-fryer or oven. I personally cook for a little longer than 20 minutes to make sure everything has been cooked through and crispy.
  6. Enjoy! Drizzle a little extra honey or seasoning on if you like!
