Thick-Cut French Fries

  • 3-4 Potatoes
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper


  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 F.
  2. Cut each potato into two pieces horizontally and then cut into strips.
  3. Place tin foil on baking sheet and place potato strips.
  4. Drizzle a little extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper on strips.
  5. Pop in the oven.
  6. Bake anywhere from 25-55 minutes, depending on desired texture.
