Thick-Cut French Fries
Simple and Delicious

- 3-4 Potatoes
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper
Pre-heat oven to 450 F.
Cut each potato into two pieces horizontally and then cut into strips.
Place tin foil on baking sheet and place potato strips.
Drizzle a little extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper on strips.
Pop in the oven.
Bake anywhere from 25-55 minutes, depending on desired texture.
