Whole 30 Mocktail Challenge – Mojito Mocktail

It’s June 30th, 2021 as I type and I am looking to getting back on the bandwagon. Not going to lie, it has been a struggle lately to stick to a balanced and healthy diet. To get a jump start on getting back into my health routine on July 5th (conveniently after one of my favorite Holidays, July 4th) I am starting Whole 30. I have been a little hesitant because this time of year I really love a cold adult beverage from time to time. I will be adding some additional mocktail recipes in conjunction with our recipes that go with our herbal seed starter kits. I am also hoping to shift some of my wine and margarita and summer habits into mocktail & healthier habits. I am hoping these next 30 days will help me transition back into a healthier and cleaner lifestyle for good. I will be grabbing my Mocktail Tumbler & getting more evening walks and porch chat with family and friends.

Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Cocounut La Croix
  • Lime
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Sea Salt Optional

Instructions

  1. Cut the lime in half and run one piece along the edge of each glass or tumbler. Pour sea salt into a small dish and dip each glass or tumbler in. (this is totally optional)

  2. Add Mint leaves to glass or tumbler.

  3. Add 1/4 cup of La Croix Soda water.

  4. Muddle the mint gently into a tumbler or glass.

  5. Add the rest of the coconut soda water and enjoy!
