My Favorite Romaine Salad

I love munching on this fresh romaine salad throughout the summer. It is fresh, light and goes great with grilled and bbq-ed proteins.

Summer Romaine Salad


  • 1-3 Romain Stalks
  • 2-3 Red Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 White Onion
  • 3-4 Green Onions
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1-2 Lemon
  • Garlic & Pepper
  • Stevia


  1. Clean and chop Romaine.

  2. Finely chop white onion.

  3. Chop red bell peppers.

  4. Finely chop green onion.

  5. Mix the lettuce, chopped bell peppers and white onion.

  6. In a dressing bowl & mix extra-virgin olive, squeezed lemon juice, garlic pepper and stevia.

  7. Place chopped romaine, white onion, and bell peppers in salad bowl. Pour dressing, toss and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.

  8. Enjoy!
