Valentine Cocktails With A Healthy Twist (Sort-Of)

Here are some fun & festive Valentine cocktails on the somewhat healthy side:)

The Classic Champagne & Strawberries

The staple to any Valentine’s Day cocktail list is the classic champagne & strawberries. I like to freeze my strawberries before plunking them in the champagne to keep the beverage nice cool & crisp with some extra Vitamin C!

Valentine Pink Grapefruit Cocktail

Ingredients:

-Freshly squeezed grapefruit

-3 oz of Vodka of choice

-(Optional) Truvia packet for sweetness

-Top with a leaf of Thai Basil

Directions: Mix ingredients and serve in a Valentine-themed glass

Sparkling Hibiscus Wine

Pomegranate Champagne Punch

-2 cups champagne

-1 cup of seltzer water

-1 cup of pomegranate Juice

Directions: Mix all ingredients into a pitcher & serve over ice.
