This fish dish goes great with salads and veggies.
Mediterranean Mahi Mahi

Ingredients
- 2 Mahi Mahi Fish Filets
- 2-3 Fresh Oregano Sprigs
- Lemon Juice
- Extra-Virgin Olive
- Sea Salt
- Cracked Pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, mix extra-virgin olive, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sea salt, and cracked pepper.

Place Mahi Mahi in the bowl and let marinate for 10 minutes in the fridge. Side note, pat fish dry before placing in the marinade.

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Remove oregano from stems. I like to keep my oregano leaves whole.

Line baking sheet.

Place marinated Mahi Mahi on the baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes.

The Mahi Mahi should come to at least 137 F internally.

Remove from oven and enjoy!
