This is a great raw salad packed with nutrients that pairs great with any protein!

Raw & Sweet Veggie Side Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Sweet Onion
  • 1 Broccoli Head
  • Apple Bragg's Cider Vinegar
  • Local Honey
  • Extra-Virgin Olive
  • Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop onions, bell pepper, and broccoli into desired cut sizes.

  2. In a bowl whisk a little extra-virgin olive oil, honey and Apple Bragg's Cider Vinegar.

  3. Mix the dressing with the chopped veggie and season with sea salt and cracked veggies.

  4. Enjoy!
