Avocado Lime Salad

This is one of my go-to salads and pairs great with white fish and grilled chicken.

 

Avocado Lime Salad

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Heads Romaine
  • 2-4 Tomatoes
  • 1-2 Limes
  • 1 Avocado
  • 3-4 TBSP Cilantro
  • Extra-Virgin Olive
  • Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop heads of Romaine.

  2. Dice avocado.

  3. Chop tomatoes

  4. In a large mixing bowl mix the Romaine, avocado, and cilantro.

  5. In a dressing or small mixing bowl squeeze 1-2 limes, add in a little extra-virgin olive, sea salt and cracked pepper.

  6. Dress the salad as you like.
