Pumpkin and Probiotic Parfait!

I love pumpkin! It is loaded with Vitamin A which does wonders for the skin and immunity as well as with Vitamins C & E.  Vitamin E has even been linked to supporting eye health. I also love probiotics, especially around this time of year. We are often eating more foods that aren’t in our normal routine and the probiotics can help with aiding in digestion. So that is why this Pumpkin & Probiotics Parfait really hits the spot both as a delicious and healthy Holiday treat! Check out the quick recipe below. Pumpkin and Probiotic Parait

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 TBSP Sugar-Free Cheesecake Pudding
  • 2 Packs Stevia
  • Heavy Shakes Pumpkin Spice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Pop in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.

  3. Enjoy!
