On January 18th, I will begin the 75 Hard Challenge. I will be documenting my experience in the Recipe and Premium Content Section for patrons as well as taking any questions. Here is below game plan:
- Eating under 50 grams of carbohydrates each day
- No alcohol or cheat meals
- Reading 10 pages a day (to be honest, I usually read more)
- Drinking at least 1 gallon of water a day
- Intentional movement twice a day – sometimes this will mean walking in the morning and walking/active stretching in the evening
- Will be committed to trying new recipes and posting regularly for our patrons
