5 Minute Healthy Breakfasts

 

Greens & Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • A handful of frozen spinach (I like to buy my spinach in bulk and store it in the freezer)
  • 1.5 cups of frozen berries
  • 1 tbs. of almond butter
  • Stevia (optional)
  • 6 to 8 oz of Vanilla almond or coconut milk
  • Vanilla protein powder

 

Directions

Throw into a blender and drink up on the run!

Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 cup or serving size of Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup of berries
  • 1 tbs. of almond butter
  • 1/4 cup of dried gluten-free oats
  • Light drizzle of maple syrup (optional)

 

Directions

Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix, and serve!

Overnight Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 oz of almond milk
  • 1 to 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 tbsp of cacao nibs
  • Dash of organic maple syrup (optional)

 

Directions

Place all ingredients into the blender. Once blended, place in a small Mason jar & store in the refrigerator overnight. Grab and go in the morning.

Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • Gluten-free sprouted toast
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Lime juice
  • Paprika, & sea salt
  • Spinach (optional)

 

Directions

 Toast your sprouted bread of choice. While the bread is toasting, mix avocado with a little bit of lime juice, sea salt, and paprika. Spread avocado spread on toast and enjoy. Add spinach for some extra nutrition benefits!

Spinach & Egg Scramble

Ingredients

  • Spinach
  • Pre-Chopped Onions
  • 2 eggs
  • Salsa

 

Directions

Lightly coat the pan with good quality oil, sauté the onions, and then the spinach for a couple of minutes, then scramble in the eggs. Remove eggs from the pan and top with salsa!
