& Salads are a quick and easy way to pack in nutrients to any dinner! Here is one of my favorite super salad recipes.
Super Salad
Ingredients
- 1-3 Romaine Lettuce Hearts
- 1/2 Can Hearts of Palm
- 1 Can Artichokes
- 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Garlic Stuffed Olives
- 1-2 Red Bell Peppers
- 1-2 Large Tomatoes
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Balsamic
- Sea Salt
- Cracked Pepper
Instructions

Clean all veggies.

Get out a large mixing bowl.

Chop 1-3 hearts of romaine and place in large mixing bowl.

Chop 1-2 red bell peppers and place in large mixing bowl.

Chop 1-2 tomatoes and place in large mixing bowl.

Open and drain one can of artichokes. Place artichokes in a mixing bowl.

Chop hearts of palm into bite-size pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of garlic stuffed olives

Drizzle in extra-virgin olive, balsamic vinegar and seasoning.

Mix all the salad goodness together, serve and enjoy!
