Chicken Wings With Some Flare

These chicken wings are packed with so much flavor you will want thirds!


  • 2-3 LBS Chicken Wings
  • 2 TBSP Extra-Virgin Olive
  • Dried Basil
  • Sea Salt
  • Paprika
  • Cinnamon
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Pinch Bake Powder


  1. Marinate the chicken wings in extra-virgin olive oil, crushed basil, sea salt, paprika, cinnamon, and the 3 crushed garlic cloves for an hour.

  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees when you are ready to pop them in the oven.

  3. Line a baking sheet with tin foil.

  4. Place chicken wings on the lined baking sheet.

  5. Sprinkle just a little baking power on the wings.

  6. Pop in the oven for 30-45 minutes (depending on many wings you have and how your oven heats)

  7. Then, broil for a few minutes.
