Cinnamon Basil Burger

  • Ground Beef
  • Sea Salt
  • Cinammon
  • Powdered Basil
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Large Bushel Broccolini
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Cracked Black Pepper


  1. Preheat air-fryer to 370.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  3. Place ground beef into a bowl.
  4. Add cinnamon, sea salt, and basil. I definitely am generous with my shakes.
  5. In another mix a little extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper with the Broccolini.
  6. Ball the burgers up into patties.
  7. Pop the burgers into the airy fryer & cook for about 15-20 minutes until done.
  8. Pop the broccolini into the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
  9. Plate and add chopped avocado.
