Delicious Superfood Grapefruit & Romaine Salad

This is one of our favorite salads. Take your Vitamin C intake to next level with this bowl of goodness.

Grapefruit, Romaine & Red Onion Salad

Servings 4


  • 2-3 Heads of Romaine Lettuce
  • 1-2 Lemons
  • 1-3 TBS Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Grapefruit
  • 3/4 Red Onion
  • 2-3 Stevia
  • Sea Salt
  • Cracked Pepper


  1. Chop Romaine Salad.

  2. Finely chop 3/4 of a red onion.

  3. Cut 3/4 of grapefruit into slices. Set 1/4 of the grapefruit aside. This will be used to squeeze over the salad.

  4. In a large mixing bowl mix in all the ingredients with the exception of the lemon and 1/4 of the grapefruit.

  5. Once all ingredients are mixed well, squeeze the lemon and remaining grapefruit over the tossed salad and mix one more time.

  6. Enjoy!
