I love lamb! Lamb is a heavy hitter in the Vitamin B12 and Zinc department and makes for tasty dinner. Check out our quick ground lamb recipe that takes minutes to make.
Tasty Ground Lamb Dinner
- 1 Pack Ground Lamb
- 3-6 OZ Tomato Paste
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Coconut Spray
- Handful Oregano
- Garlic Powder
- Sea Salt
- Cracked Pepper
Chop up a handful of oregano
Lightly coat pan with coconut spray.
Turn the stove onto medium-high heat.
Add ground lamb to the pan and begin breaking up ground beef with a spatula.
Once the group beef begins to brown, add 3-6 oz of tomato paste.
Add your freshly chopped oregano, powdered garlic, cracked pepper, and a dash of sea salt.
Let simmer for a few minutes.
For a nice touch you can add a little extra chopped oregano to garnish.
This recipe pairs well with any of your favorite grilled greens.
