Hawaiian Chicken and Riced Cauliflower Delight

  • 1-2 lbs Diced Chicken
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers
  • 2-3 Cups Riced Cauliflower
  • 3 Green Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Primal Hawaiian Sauce


  1. Marinate diced chicken in Primal Kitchen’s Hawaiian BBQ Sauce Organic (I typically buy pre-diced chicken you can get it for cheap sometimes too!) for about 30 minutes.

  2. While marinating you can quickly dice your red bell peppers and green onions.

  3. Heat the stove on medium-high heat.

  4. Placed marinated diced chicken on the stovetop for a couple of minutes on one side and then flip onto the other side.

  5. Remove chicken and place on a side plate. Add in riced cauliflower to the pan (I am lazy do I get the pre-chopped or frozen kind).

  6. Once cauliflower is has reached the texture you like, add chicken back in. Stir the chicken and riced cauliflower for about two minutes and then add in your bell peppers and a little more marinade sauce. Cover with a lid and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Make sure chicken is cooked through.

  7. Serve and top with diced green onion.
