Lime & Green Onion Cauliflower Rice

Here is a powerhouse cauliflower rice bowl this will definitely be a crowd-pleaser and loaded with nutrients.

Lemon and Green Onion Cauliflower Rice Stir-Fry


  • 1 Packet Cauliflower Rice
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1-2 Limes
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Avocado Cooking Spray
  • Sea Salt
  • Cracked Pepper
  • Cilantro (optional)


  1. Spray pan with avocado cooking spray.

  2. Add riced cauliflower to the pan and place the stove on medium-high heat.

  3. Add in a little extra virgin olive oil and sauté.

  4. Mince the two garlic cloves.

  5. Once cauliflower rice is at desired texture, add in garlic & chopped green onion.

  6. Sautee and add in freshly squeezed lime juice, sea salt, and cracked pepper.

  7. Turn off the stove but cover with a lid for a couple of minutes to let everything set.

  8. Enjoy - you can also add chopped cilantro to it.
