Here is a powerhouse cauliflower rice bowl this will definitely be a crowd-pleaser and loaded with nutrients.
Lemon and Green Onion Cauliflower Rice Stir-Fry
- 1 Packet Cauliflower Rice
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1-2 Limes
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Avocado Cooking Spray
- Sea Salt
- Cracked Pepper
- Cilantro (optional)
Spray pan with avocado cooking spray.
Add riced cauliflower to the pan and place the stove on medium-high heat.
Add in a little extra virgin olive oil and sauté.
Mince the two garlic cloves.
Once cauliflower rice is at desired texture, add in garlic & chopped green onion.
Sautee and add in freshly squeezed lime juice, sea salt, and cracked pepper.
Turn off the stove but cover with a lid for a couple of minutes to let everything set.
Enjoy - you can also add chopped cilantro to it.
