I love munching on this fresh romaine salad throughout the summer. It is fresh, light and goes great with grilled and bbq-ed proteins.
Summer Romaine Salad
Ingredients
- 1-3 Romain Stalks
- 2-3 Red Bell Peppers
- 1/2 White Onion
- 3-4 Green Onions
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1-2 Lemon
- Garlic & Pepper
- Stevia
Instructions

Clean and chop Romaine.

Finely chop white onion.

Chop red bell peppers.

Finely chop green onion.

Mix the lettuce, chopped bell peppers and white onion.

In a dressing bowl & mix extra-virgin olive, squeezed lemon juice, garlic pepper and stevia.

Place chopped romaine, white onion, and bell peppers in salad bowl. Pour dressing, toss and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
