This is a great raw salad packed with nutrients that pairs great with any protein!
Raw & Sweet Veggie Side Salad
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/4 - 1/2 Sweet Onion
- 1 Broccoli Head
- Apple Bragg's Cider Vinegar
- Local Honey
- Extra-Virgin Olive
- Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper
Chop onions, bell pepper, and broccoli into desired cut sizes.
In a bowl whisk a little extra-virgin olive oil, honey and Apple Bragg's Cider Vinegar.
Mix the dressing with the chopped veggie and season with sea salt and cracked veggies.
