Seasoned Chicken Patties

Seasoned Chicken Patties

Servings 4


  • 1 LB Ground Chicken
  • 1 Egg
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • Sea Salt
  • Powdered Garlic Seasoning
  • Powdered Onion Seasoning
  • Cracked Pepper
  • 1 TBSP Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • The Laughing Cow Creamy Aged White Cheddar Optional


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 F

  2. In one big mixing bowl mix everything from above except the avocado oil spray.

  3. Spray the baking tray with avocado oil spray.

  4. Ball up all the mixed goodness into patties.

  5. Place on baking sheet.

  6. Pop in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature comes to 165 F.

  7. I love to spread The Laughing Cow Creamy Aged White Cheddar on top of mine and pair the patties with a salad. The cheese is great quality but totally option in case you are avoiding dairy.
