Light Side of Health’s mission is to help all those hard workers, mothers, and busy bees out there. We believe family life and community involvement play a huge part in our overall health and have designed programs that we hope not only inspire you to live a healthy life but inspire those around you as well.

About The Founder
Gina Leslie, the founder of the Light Side of Health, is a sport, fitness, and health enthusiast. She received her business degree with an emphasis in sports business and a minor in economics from the University of Oregon. While there she worked for the football department and her love for sports and sports training blossomed.
From there, Gina worked in sports marketing and assisted in running a sports training facility. She’s a marathon runner and has competed in multiple fitness competitions. While training, she began to acquire multiple fitness and nutrition certifications.
Gina is a certified International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Elite Trainer, ISSA Certified Yoga Instructor, Specialist in Exercise Therapy, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, Specialist in Group Fitness, and a Specialist in Sports Nutrition.
But before those certifications impress or intimidate you, know that Gina’s first love is assisting her friends with health and fitness. Given her love of health and fitness, helping friends, and business development, it’s a given that she’s found her true mission in life running the Light Side of Health, offering personal training, and teaching boot camp.
