Slice up tomatoes and good-quality cheese. Lay the cheese on each tomato slice. Top with a basil leaf and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and a little extra-virgin olive oil. Add a little cracked pepper and sea salt to taste.

Mix 1 can of garbanzo beans, chopped raw broccoli, and chopped red bell peppers. In a separate bowl mix a little tahini, lemon juice, and extra-virgin olive oil. Mix dressing with the chopped veggies. Season with sea salt and cracked pepper.

In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, a little extra virgin olive oil, dijon mustard, lemon juice, sea salt & cracked pepper.
