Warm Up With This Texan Made Pizza Pasta Dish

Warm up with this delicious & healthy Texan-made pasta dish. This is a great way to sneak in veggies for the picky eaters in your life. Side note both the olive oil and pasta are produced by two great Texas-based companies.

Pizza Pasta

Servings 4


  • 1 Bag Gourment Texas Pizza Pasta
  • Maniatis Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Spinach
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • Sea Salt
  • Cracked Pepper
  • Good quality grated parmesan cheese Optional
  • Trader Joe's Avocado Cooking Spray


  1. Prepare Gourmet Texas Pizza Pasta as directed.

  2. Finely chop garlic cloves and red onion.

  3. Coat pan with Trader Joe's Avacado Cooking Spray.

  4. On medium heat begin to sautee onions and garlic keeping an eye on it to keep from burning.

  5. After a few minutes, add in the spinach and sautee evenly with the garlic and onion.

  6. Once all 3 ingredients are sautéed to your liking, set aside.

  7. By now the pasta should be done cooking.

  8. Strain the pasta well and lightly coat the pot the pasta was cooking in with a little extra-virgin olive oil.

  9. Place the well-strained pasta back into the pot and dump your sauteed garlic, onions, and spinach into the pot with some extra-virgin olive oil.

  10. Season to liking and stir evenly around.

  11. Plate and top with Parmesan (optional)

  12. Enjoy!
