Winter Buffalo Chicken Chicken Dish

Freezing temperatures make us long for warm dishes. Enjoy the comfort of food without the excess calories with this dish.

Warm Buffalo Chicken Dish

Servings 3 of 4 People


  • 1.5 Pack Ground Chicken
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Packet Kale for Cooking
  • Coconut Spray
  • 1/4 Cup Primal Buffalo Chicken Sauce
  • Nutritional Yeast (optional)
  • Cracked Pepper


  1. Chop onion into long slices.

  2. Coat large high heat pan with coconut spray.

  3. Begin to sautee onions on medium to high heat.

  4. Once onions are at a texture you would like, add in the ground chicken.

  5. Once the chicken looks like is cooked through add in the kale and sauce.

  6. Reduce the heat and cover the pan for a few minutes.

  7. After a few minutes, give all the ingredients a good stirring. Remove ingredients from the pan, and plate.

  8. Add nutritional yeast and cracked pepper (optional).
