Chop up a handful of oregano
Lightly coat pan with coconut spray.
Turn the stove onto medium-high heat.
Add ground lamb to the pan and begin breaking up ground beef with a spatula.
Once the group beef begins to brown, add 3-6 oz of tomato paste.
Add your freshly chopped oregano, powdered garlic, cracked pepper, and a dash of sea salt.
Let simmer for a few minutes.
For a nice touch you can add a little extra chopped oregano to garnish.
This recipe pairs well with any of your favorite grilled greens.
