Tasty Ground Lamb Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Ground Lamb
  • 3-6 OZ Tomato Paste
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Coconut Spray
  • Handful Oregano
  • Garlic Powder
  • Sea Salt
  • Cracked Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop up a handful of oregano

  2. Lightly coat pan with coconut spray.

  3. Turn the stove onto medium-high heat.

  4. Add ground lamb to the pan and begin breaking up ground beef with a spatula.

  5. Once the group beef begins to brown, add 3-6 oz of tomato paste.

  6. Add your freshly chopped oregano, powdered garlic, cracked pepper, and a dash of sea salt.

  7. Let simmer for a few minutes.

  8. For a nice touch you can add a little extra chopped oregano to garnish.
