Clean and chop Romaine.
Finely chop white onion.
Chop red bell peppers.
Finely chop green onion.
Mix the lettuce, chopped bell peppers and white onion.
In a dressing bowl & mix extra-virgin olive, squeezed lemon juice, garlic pepper and stevia.
Place chopped romaine, white onion, and bell peppers in salad bowl. Pour dressing, toss and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
