Place 8-9 whole graham crackers with 1 stick of butter in blender. Blend till texture you desire. I like mine nice and crumbly.
Layer on pie dish.
Fill blender with cream cheese, freshly squeezed lemon juice, maple syrup, sugar, 1 graham cracker and blend smooth.
Pour cheesecake filling onto graham cracker crust. Wrap with saran wrap.
Place in the freezer for an hour or so. Remove when ready to eat and enjoy. May take 15 minutes to thaw if in the freezer for more than an hour.
