Clean all veggies.
Get out a large mixing bowl.
Chop 1-3 hearts of romaine and place in large mixing bowl.
Chop 1-2 red bell peppers and place in large mixing bowl.
Chop 1-2 tomatoes and place in large mixing bowl.
Open and drain one can of artichokes. Place artichokes in a mixing bowl.
Chop hearts of palm into bite-size pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of garlic stuffed olives
Drizzle in extra-virgin olive, balsamic vinegar and seasoning.
Mix all the salad goodness together, serve and enjoy!
