Fresh Pesto

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. In your food processor or blender, first place basil and pine nuts. Give it a few good pulses.

  2. Then, add in the cheese and garlic. Give it a few good pulses. Keep in mind you will want to scrape down the sides of the ingredients in between pulses so it blends well.

  3. Then, slowly add in the extra-virgin olive oil as the processor is running. If you have a blender, just add in the extra-virgin olive.

  4. Season with your sea salt and cracked pepper.

  5. Enjoy!
