Go To Veggie Bowl

I like to chop up the following veggies and place them in a super large bowl tightly sealed or covered. This is my go-to when I want to get in a good dose of raw veggies or want a quick stir fry. The recipe

Go Raw Veggie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 Heads of Broccoli
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 3-4 Red Bell Peppers
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Apple Braggs Cider Vinegar
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Chop Broccoli, bell peppers, and onions.

  2. I slice my onions horizontally for this but you can do it however you like.

  3. Mix in a large bowl, cover, and place in the fridge for when you are ready to use them.

  4. In a smaller bowl mix extra-virgin olive, a little honey, and a little Apple Bragg's Cider Vinegar. Be sure to mix well, and store in an airtight container. I like to dress the veggies with it.
