Harvest balcony lettuce.
Clean lettuce in distilled vinegar water.
Let strawberries soak in distilled vinegar water for a 15-minute bath.
Add red wine vinegarette, dijon mustard, honey, extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt, and cracked pepper into the salad dressing mixer, and mix well. I usually play around with these measurements.
Chop 1/4 onion.
Rinse and pat dry the lettuce and strawberries.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add in the goat cheese.
Mix in the dressing.
