Cheesy (without the cheese) Brussels Sprouts & Onion Sauté
Ingredients
- 1 Pack (Trader Joe's) Shaved Brussels Sprouts
- 1-1.5 Onion(s)
- Bragg's Nutritional Yeast
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Avocado Cooking Spray
- Sea Salt
- Cracked Pepper
Instructions

Chop onion or onions.

Spray pan with avocado cooking spray.

Heat on medium-high heat.

Add onions and shaved Brussels sprouts.

Add in a little extra-virgin olive oil. Reduce to medium heat.

I like to cover the pan with a lid for a few minutes. But keep an eye on it so you don't burn anything.

Remove lid. Add a little more extra-virgin olive oil. Sauté for another minute or two.

Plate and season with sea salt, cracked pepper, and nutritional yeast.
